These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of bojuncn.com and the commercial relationship between BOJUN Tire ("we", "us") and any visitor, prospect, or customer ("you"). Site use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading inquiries.
• Attempt to access portions of the site that are not publicly available.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our content without prior written consent, except for fair-use referencing of product specifications by buyers in their internal procurement process.
• Reverse-engineer the site or interfere with its operation.

Product information

Product specifications on this site reflect the manufacturer's published values at the time of publishing. Specifications may change without notice. Final specifications, certifications, and pricing applicable to a given order are confirmed in the formal quotation we send by email.

Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for 14 days from the issue date unless stated otherwise.
• An order is binding only when we have issued a sales contract or pro-forma invoice acknowledged by both parties.
• Lead times shown on the site are typical and not guarantees. Confirmed lead times appear in the sales contract.
• Payment terms are agreed per order. Default terms are T/T or L/C at sight.

Shipping and risk transfer

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are sold CIF the destination port specified in the contract. Risk transfers to the buyer at the time of loading on the vessel, in accordance with Incoterms 2020.

Warranty

Tires are covered by our limited warranty. See our Warranty Policy for the scope, claim process, and exclusions.

Intellectual property

The BOJUN name, logo, product imagery, and the structure and content of this website are protected by copyright and trademark. Buyers may use our product imagery to support resale of authentic BOJUN tires, provided the imagery is not altered to misrepresent the product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from any single shipment is limited to the contract value of that shipment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss (including lost profits or downtime), except to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.

Governing law
