BOJUN Tire offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on every tire we ship. This policy describes the scope, claim process, and exclusions.

Coverage

BOJUN warrants that every tire is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials at the time of dispatch. Coverage applies for the lesser of:

• The period stated in the per-product datasheet, or
• Until the tire reaches its retread point (≤ 2 mm tread depth above the wear bar), or
• 5 years from the manufacturing date stamped on the sidewall (DOT week/year code).

What's covered

• Casing separation caused by defective construction.
• Bead failure caused by defective construction.
• Sidewall blistering caused by manufacturing-stage cure issues.
• Tread chunking traceable to compound defects (subject to inspection).

What's not covered

• Damage caused by improper inflation, overload, or operating outside the rated speed/load.
• Damage caused by impact, road hazard, vandalism, or accident.
• Damage caused by improper mounting, rim corrosion, or use on incompatible rim sizes.
• Wear in normal service (the tire wearing out is not a defect).
• Tires modified after dispatch (regrooved, repaired with non-standard methods, or repurposed beyond their rated application).
• Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.

Claim process

1. Capture evidence. Photograph the failed tire including the DOT date code, the tread, and the affected area. Record the mounting position and approximate kilometres in service.
2. Submit a claim. Email your distributor or BOJUN directly at service@bojuncn.com with photos, the original sales contract reference, and a brief description.
3. Inspection. We acknowledge the claim within 5 business days. Depending on the case, we may request the failed tire (or a sectioned sample) for inspection at our expense.
4. Resolution. Approved claims are settled by replacement of the defective tire pro-rated to remaining tread depth, or by credit against a future order, at the buyer's preference.

Limitations

This warranty is the only warranty BOJUN provides on the tire. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any other express or implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
